The half-term holiday is here already, and Nottingham’s tram network is once again set to help families make the most of the autumn break.
For the next two weeks, NET’s popular £5 Group Ticket offer will be made available all day, every day from today (Monday, October 21) until Friday, November 1.
Usually only available at weekends and from 4pm on weekdays, the extended offer has been a huge hit with customers during previous school holidays and enables one or two adults and up to three children to travel all day on the tram for just a fiver.
Rebekah Smith, NET’s Marketing Manager, said: “There’s plenty going on across the city over the next fortnight, and it’s easy to get to many of the city’s main attractions by tram.
“Keeping the kids entertained during the half-term holidays can be a challenge, but during this half-term the city is home to a wide range of activities, including a host of Halloween events.”
“As well as avoiding the hassle of finding a parking space and getting stuck in traffic, thanks to the Group Ticket the tram offers great value for money for families or groups of friends travelling together,” Rebekah added.
As well as being available from tram stop ticket machines, the Group Ticket can also be purchased using the new NETGO! mobile app.
