Popular Tram Ticket Offer Extended For Half Term Break
24 October 2017
Nottingham’s tram network is offering discount travel to help local residents and visitors to the city make the most of the autumn half-term holiday.

With children and students looking forward to time off during the course of the next two weeks, NET’s popular £5 Group Ticket offer will be made available all day, every day from Monday 23 October until Friday 3 November.

Usually only available at weekends and from 4pm on weekdays, the extended offer has been a huge hit with customers during previous school breaks and enables one or two adults and up to three children to travel all day on the tram for a fiver.

Stephanie Moss-Pearce, NET’s Marketing Manager, said: “It can be challenging to keep the kids entertained during the half-term holidays, but there’s plenty going on over the next two weeks within easy reach of our tram stops.

“As well as saving on the cost of travel, tram customers can also avoid the hassle and expense of finding somewhere to leave their car by using one of 5,000 free car parking spaces at seven park & ride sites located across the network.”

Tram customers are reminded that an altered tram service will be in operation between Saturday 21 and Monday 23 October, whilst essential track maintenance works are completed on the Phoenix Park branch of the network.

During this period, there will be no tram service between the network’s Highbury Vale and Phoenix Park stops. For full details of the works please click here
