NET, Nottingham’s iconic tram network, has been announced as the title sponsor of the World Masters Hockey Cups 2022 taking place in Nottingham this summer.
After several years of cancellations and disruption due to COVID-19, the Over 35 and Over 40 Masters World Cups will take place in the Nottingham Hockey Centre between Friday 12th August and Sunday 21st August.
Over 50 teams will compete in the tournament from over 15 different countries including Australia, Ghana, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, South Africa and Egypt.

“Over 1000 athletes, along with their friends, family and spectators, will arrive from all over the world, giving a big boost to Nottingham this summer.

Those connected with the tournament will be able to purchase a discounted pass for the duration of the tournament, providing unlimited travel on the tram network which runs directly from the Nottingham Hockey Centre to the City Centre.
