Nottingham’s tram network has partnered with a brand new travel technology company to offer a special introductory discount rate on intercity coach travel.
Sn-ap is a unique digital “on-demand” service that aims to help people make great savings. Customers simply have to choose where they’d like to go and select the trip that suits them best.
The service helps keep the cost of travel down by working with the best local operators and grouping together people who want to make similar trips, ensuring coaches only run when there’s enough demand.
NET’s partnership with Sn-ap means that tram customers can make even further savings when using the service by claiming an impressive 25% off the cost of their first trip.
Jamie Swift, NET’s Head of Marketing, commented: “We’re delighted to partner with this exciting new company and offer our loyal customers a discount when they wish to travel beyond our network and outside of Nottingham.
“Sn-ap even has pick-up and drop-off points within easy reach of a number of our tram stops including Nottingham Station, Royal Centre, University Boulevard and Toton Lane.”
Sn-ap’s General Manager in Nottingham, Marcus Standish, said, “Sn-ap is about putting the traveller in charge of when and where they go, and giving them choice they’ve never had before. This partnership with NET is a great way to connect Nottingham’s award-winning urban transport infrastructure with this exciting, new on-demand intercity travel concept.”
To claim their 25% introductory discount, tram customers must enter the code “Net17” at the checkout when booking their journey on www.sn-ap.com
. The offer is valid until Monday 31 July, 2017.
