Please pay or present your pass to our conductors on board the tram. Conductors can give change, but do not accept £20 or £50 notes. At busy times conductors will also issue tickets at tram stops.

CityRider

Travel all day on NET trams and NCT city buses. Adult: £3.

A group of up to 5 people, with 1 or 2 adults can travel on NCT city buses and NET all day for £6

Network Rider

Network ticket, valid on NET and all NCT services (outside the city area and including Skylink) all day. Can only be purchased on NCT buses. Find out more about NetworkRider

EasyRider

This can be used on NCT city buses and NET trams. It’s the easy option when you’re a regular traveller - simply show it to the tram conductor when you travel. The most economical way to travel for regular customers. Available in adult, under 18 and special term-time Nottingham Trent University version. Find out more about EasyRider.

Phoenix Flyer

Unlimited tram travel and bus travel from Ilkeston, Kimberley and Nuthall. Weekly and Monthly tickets only available from the Phoenix Flyer bus driver, Day tickets available from the Phoenix Flyer bus driver and tram conductors.

PLUSBUS Tickets

Unlimited tram and bus travel in Nottingham when you add PLUSBUS on to your rail ticket. Adult: £2.70, Child £1.35

City and County Council Concession Cards

Nottingham Tram only accepts the following concession cards from Nottingham City or Nottinghamshire County (and District) Councils. All other cards are not valid and the full fare is charged.

Nottingham City Council

OAP passes free, but not valid between 07:30 - 09:30 weekdays, when full fare applies. Disabled passes free at all times.

Nottinghamshire County Council

Disabled/OAP passes free, except before 09:30 and between 16:00 - 18:00 weekdays, when half fare applies.

National Transport Tokens

We accept National Transport Tokens.

Kangaroo Ticket

All-day travel with all city buses, Central Trains and NET for £3.40. A carnet of 10 tickets is available from Travel Centres at £32.

Park and Ride

It is FREE to park at all NET Park and Ride sites as long as you use the tram service. We have over 3,000 spaces available and every site has plenty of disabled parking bays:

• Hucknall Railway Station.
• Moor Bridge, just off the Hucknall By-pass.
• Phoenix Park, just off the M1 J26 and A610.
• Wilkinson Street, just off the A610 and Ring Road.
• The Forest, Gregory Boulevard.

There are cycle parks at most stops. Park and Ride sites are monitored by CCTV cameras and are patrolled by NET staff. The sites have height bariers set at 2.2m (7 foot 2 inches).
