Easter Savings With NET
31 March 2017
Nottingham’s tram network will once again extend its £5 Group Ticket offer to help families make the most of the Easter holidays.
Usually only available at weekends and after 4pm on weekdays, the offer will be extended to include the school and Bank Holidays from
April 1 to April 17.
The ticket offers all day tram travel for one or two adults and up to three kids and can be purchased at tram stop ticket machines on the day of use for just £5.
Jamie Swift, NET Marketing Manager, commented: “There’s plenty taking place across Nottingham during the Easter holidays and we want to encourage as many people as possible to travel around the city with ease on the tram.
“With stops close to many of the city’s top attractions, our network provides the best way for families to make the most of their time off together.
“Customers will not only be able to avoid traffic, but can also save money on the cost of parking by taking advantage of over 5,000 free spaces at our 7 park & ride sites situated across Nottingham.”
During the Easter Bank Holiday weekend, trams will operate to a Sunday timetable on Good Friday (April 14), Easter Sunday (April 16) and Easter Monday (April 17) with services running from every 10 minutes.
A normal Saturday timetable will be in operation on April 15 with trams from every 7 minutes.
